Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Siteline (siteline.to), operated by PAICE (paice.work). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Siteline provides a free public scanner that evaluates whether AI agents can use a website. The scan produces a grade, pillar scores, findings, and remediation guidance. Paid services (audits and workshops) are available separately through the services page.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the free scanner for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• Circumvent or abuse rate limits
• Use the scanner to attack, probe, or disrupt third-party sites
• Misrepresent scan results as official certifications or endorsements
• Resell access to the scanner without a commercial agreement

3. Rate Limits

The scanner enforces rate limits to keep the service available for everyone. Current limits are published at /api/limits and may change. Automated access is welcome within the published limits.

4. Scan Results

Scan results are informational assessments, not guarantees. A grade reflects the state of the scanned page at the time of the scan. Results are stored for 30 days and may be shared via permalink. Siteline does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any scan result.

5. Intellectual Property

The SNAP scoring model, scan rubric, and Siteline brand are the property of PAICE. Scan results may be shared, cited, and used in reports. The underlying scoring methodology may not be replicated for a competing commercial product without permission.

6. Paid Services

Audits and workshops are subject to separate engagement terms agreed before work begins. Pricing on the site is indicative and may vary based on scope.

7. Limitation of Liability

Siteline is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PAICE is not liable for decisions made based on scan results, service interruptions, or data loss. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
